About

Located in the heart of Lower Langford, on the edge of the Mendip Hills AONB, The Langford is a historic village pub dating back to the 17th century.

Newly refurbished inside and out, The Langford boasts beautiful new interiors and 7 boutique bedrooms. In the kitchen their passion is local produce and field-to-fork sustainability, with menus that reflect this.

Expect exciting seasonal dishes alongside hearty pub classics, created from the best ingredients the local Somerset larder has to offer. This local approach also extends to the beer, with the award-winning Butcombe Brewery just down the road in Wrington!

The bedrooms are comfy, stylish and full of personal touches; perfect for rural relaxation, an indulgent weekend away, or passing through on business. Outside is a lovely rear paved courtyard with undercover heating under two archways and plenty of open seating in the front courtyard and beer garden.

The Langford is close to must-see attractions like Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole, offering a cosy pitstop for walkers and cyclists. The pub is also easily positioned for visiting Bristol, the international airport and beyond.

The pub's gorgeous dining space, The Whitmore Room, is available for private hire for weddings, meetings and parties.

The Langford is proud to be dog-friendly, child-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
