About

Join Morso Vegan as they show you how to recreate some of their favourite street foods at home.

They'll introduce you to Indian street food by making a freshly ground spice mix, demonstrate spice tempering in oil and show you how to use ingredients such as tamarind and jaggery.

You will make mouth-watering dishes such as:

Pea & Potato Samosas
Tamarind Chutney
Carrot and Leek Pakoras
Aloo Chaat
Coriander Chutney
Palak Dal Vada

This evening will be a mixture of demonstration and some hands on cooking with lots of tips, talking and tasting.

The course ends with a sit down meal around the dining table to enjoy the food made. Please bring a plastic container if you wish to take some of your food home with you. You will leave with a full recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
