About

Immerse yourself in a world of tulips this season in a celebration of the springtime favourite which has strong links with the history of Dyrham Park. As well as a magnificent display along the long Avenue which leads to the house's entrance, tulips will be out in the borders around Sphynx Court and dotted jewel-like through the pear orchard. The newly-created parterre, which links the house to the garden, will be home to pots of a brand new variety of tulip inspired by Dyrham Park.
In addition to the floral display, the house will be highlighting its historic links to the Netherlands and the tulip through its collection of blue and while Delftware. Artists in residence will be onsite creating some tulip-based works.
Senior garden staff are giving guided tulip tours focussing on the flower's history as well as planting tips, and there will be book signings and a plant fayre in the shop as well as crafts. A new Dyrham tulip pin badge will be available to buy.
