Step into the enchanting world of Christmas Town, where families can meet festive characters, mischievous elves and, of course, Father Christmas. New for 2026, visitors can book a visit to Father Christmas in his Grotto, where groups can enjoy a festive story, take a family photograph and then head to the magical Toy Factory to choose a special gift to take home.
Enjoy brand-new adventures with Stardust, Spike and Red in the Singing Stables, where the life-sized puppet show returns with festive songs and plenty of Christmas cheer. Families can also meet Stocking and Stuffer after their tumble down the present chute in a lively Christmas panto-style show filled with festive fun, laughter and slapstick entertainment.
The Christmas Experience also includes a host of hands-on festive activities. Decorate gingerbread with Mrs Claus and her elves in her cosy Parlour, prepare magical flight food for Santa's reindeer in the Reindeer Shed and visit Stamp in the Post Room to send last-minute messages through the Santa Messaging System.
Little ones can climb aboard the Elf Express for a festive train ride around the park and keep their eyes peeled for the mischievous Grinch, who may be causing festive mischief throughout Christmas Town.
