About

The seasonal supper celebrates the changing of the seasons and the abundance of the autumn harvest with an evening of locally grown food, drinks and dining in one of Hartley Farm’s atmospheric polytunnels.

The evening begins with a garden-inspired cocktail and a tour of the market garden, offering guests the chance to discover where the fresh ingredients for the supper are grown. Guests will then take their seats in the polytunnel for a three-course seasonal feast, served around long shared tables.

The menu will showcase produce harvested from Kate Collyns’ market garden, with the dishes celebrating fresh, seasonal vegetables, salads and herbs grown using regenerative approaches that support soil health and local wildlife.
