About

One of the most celebrated domaines in the South of France, famed for producing intense, organic wines full of Languedoc terroir, Iford Manor is honoured to welcome husband and wife team, Xavier and Geraldine Peyraud of Mas des Brousses to Iford Manor Kitchen.

Cultivated by Geraldine's family for over 250 years, the vineyards are located high in the hills overlooking the beautiful medieval village of Saint-Guilhem-Le-Desert. Xavier was no stranger to wines growing up either as his grandparents owned the legendary Domaine Tempier. He took cuttings from their famous vines to plant at Mas des Brousses where they have since thrived.

Producing only 32,000 bottles of wine each year, receiving consistently exceptional scores and high ratings from critics, wine from Mas des Brousses is highly sought after by sommeliers and those 'in the know'.

This is a rare opportunity for guests to meet Geraldine and Xavier and to enjoy their wines paired with an exquisite menu from Iford's Executive Chef Matthew Briddon.
