About
Wake the Valley (Thursday 30 July) is the day we stop and talk about what that farm and every farm like it is actually for.
It's a one-day symposium on the eve of the festival, at The Community Farm on Chew Valley Lake. Growers, chefs, land stewards, cultural creators and founders in one room, working through a single question: how do we move from sustainability, which is holding the line, to regeneration, which is putting something back?
Not as a panel discussion that evaporates by Friday.
The day is built to end in commitments.
Then the fire is lit and Valley Fest begins.
