The terms and conditions found here relate to the most recent competition on visitbath.co.uk and its associated channels.

1. Competition is open for entries between Wednesday 22 July and 2:00pm on Wednesday 12 August 2026. Entries must be received by 2:00pm on Wednesday 12 August 2026. 

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

3. One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and will be notified by email on the competition closing date. By entering the competition, you agree to be contacted by Visit Bath to inform you if you are selected as the winner.

4. In the event of non-acceptance or the winner not responding within 24 hours of being contacted, Visit Bath reserves the right to reallocate the prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry. 

5. Prize includes a 'Foodie Break' package for two at The Francis Hotel, including a one-night stay for two people sharing a room and a £150 dining credit to share in the Emberwood restaurant. The package is strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The package is valid for stays Sunday - Thursday until 31 March 2027. Supplements will be applied for upgrades. There will be no availability on 30 August 2026, during Bath Christmas Market (26 November - 13 December 2026), or from 24-31 December.

The Francis Hotel will request a pre-authorisation on check-in to cover any spend over the credit amount. If the full £150 amount is not used there is no refund and no cash alternative. Advance booking by the winner is strongly recommended. Bookings cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion. The Emberwood credit can be used on any food and drink at the hotel including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or evening meal. 

6. Prize includes a Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage for two at Manipura House, redeemable for up to 3 months from 12 August 2026 (until 12 November 2026). The massage is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. 

7. Travel and any associated costs are not included. 

8. Competition is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If the winner selected lives outside of the UK, Visit Bath reserves the right to select a new winner. 

9. If opted in at the time of entry, entrant details may be shared with third party prizegivers. You can unsubscribe from any marketing communications at any time.

10. All prizes are strictly subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money or any monetary value.

11. Entry is not open to employees of Visit West. 

12. The winner’s details will be passed to all prize givers for prize fulfilment. 

13. The Editor's decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

14. Visit West will not accept responsibility for loss of entries through technical fault, postal/transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

15. In the event of unforeseen circumstances outside of our control we reserve to right to cancel the competition or offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

16. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending an email to web@visitwest.co.uk.
