Stone Age SOS is sending out a call for brave explorers this summer at Cheddar Gorge & Caves, inviting families to step back thousands of years and discover the fascinating, smelly, dangerous, and surprisingly ingenious world of Britain's prehistoric ancestors.
This immersive Stone Age event in Somerset transports visitors into prehistoric Britain through live demonstrations, interactive activities, and hands-on learning. Designed for families and curious adventurers of all ages, Stone Age SOS reveals the forgotten side of survival, from making fire and staying healthy to discovering ancient remedies and Stone Age medicine.

Daily Live Demonstrations
Visitors can enjoy a packed programme of live Stone Age experiences throughout the day:
- 11:00am & 2:00pm – Fire & Survival: Master the most powerful tool of all.
