How advances in piezoelectric devices for smartphones are enabling new quantum technologies

Driven by the need to meet the demands of the cell phone industry, there has been a revolution in both materials and understanding of how high frequency sound waves can be controlled and manipulated in devices. This talk will examine how these ideas can be extended to enable new quantum devices and discuss some problems that can be addressed using them.
