Black Swan Sauna invites guests to step away from the noise of everyday life with an immersive 2.5-hour sauna and sound bath experience. The session begins with 55 minutes in the wood-fired sauna, infused with aromatherapy, followed by a 90-minute restorative sound bath and guided meditation on the grass, creating space for both body and mind to slow down, relax and reconnect.

Led by Dawn Harding of The Inner Path, a registered psycho-spiritual counsellor and energy practitioner, the sound bath combines meditation, therapeutic sound and gentle body awareness practices. With just six spaces per session, the experience is intentionally intimate and spacious, offering a peaceful opportunity to unwind and reset.

Sessions take place at Black Swan Sauna, Glove Factory Studios, Holt, with start times at 3pm and 5pm.

Please note that this is a land-based sound bath held on the grass, rather than a floating sound bath. Guests should bring swimwear, two towels, water, flip flops or sliders, a yoga mat, waterproof coat, pillow and blanket.

Where is Black Swan Sauna located?
Sessions take place at Black Swan Sauna, Glove Factory Studios, Brook Lane, Holt, Bradford-on-Avon, BA14 6RL. Look for the café Wild Herb at the Field Kitchen and the green space with two lakes; walk through the small gate and follow the path towards the lake further away to find the sauna. There is parking on site.

Is there somewhere to change?
There's a small shared shepherd's hut available for changing. To make the most of your session, we recommend arriving with your swimwear on underneath your clothes.

What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time so you're ready to begin promptly.
