About

Discover the sound of Rome in the early Baroque!
Three exceptional sopranos. The rich, resonant sound of period plucked strings. Music that once captivated the palaces of Rome.
Experience a happy hour of glorious music from 17th-century Italy with Din Ghani and sopranos Maria Danishvar, Jane Hunt and Philippa Neaverson.
Hear works by brilliant composers from the Eternal City written for the celebrated virtuoso women whose voices made them the superstars of their age.
With three voices accompanied by an archlute and Baroque guitar—both handcrafted by Din—the programme recreates the intimate, expressive sound world of early Baroque Rome.
