A Yarn Story presents Threads After Dark, an exclusive evening of clothes, creativity and one of Britain's most extraordinary buildings. Held at the Roman Baths after the site has closed to the public, it is an evening about how people dress and why it matters.

At its centre is a fashion show staged around the Great Bath, where handmade pieces are styled with wardrobe staples from local brands. The best outfits are rarely all one thing or the other - a hand-knitted jumper over a good shirt, or a shawl with a coat owned for years - and the idea is a wardrobe that looks like the person wearing it. No knitting experience is needed; anyone who likes clothes will enjoy the evening.

Afterwards, the knitwear from the show is available to buy. These are one-off pieces from A Yarn Story's sample archive, collected in the shop over more than a decade, all hand-knitted, never worn, and on sale for one night only. Each ticket includes two drinks and time to wander the Baths after hours, with the pool lit and the crowds gone.

Proceeds support VOICES, a Bath charity providing recovery support and advocacy to people affected by domestic abuse. Places are strictly limited.
