About

Edventures' Wellbeing Taster Session offers a relaxed introduction to outdoor wellbeing, combining gentle walking, time in nature and opportunities to connect with others.

During the session, participants will experience a mixture of activities from Edventures' three wellbeing themes: de-stress & resilience, community & connection, and creative nature connection. This might include simple mindfulness activities, relaxed conversation, opportunities to pause and notice the natural environment, and creative or reflective exercises along the way.

The session is designed to be friendly, informal and accessible to people who may not normally join an organised outdoor activity. There's no need for previous experience of walking, mindfulness or creative activities. The emphasis is on slowing down, enjoying some fresh air and discovering different ways that spending time outdoors can support everyday wellbeing.

These introductory taster sessions are an opportunity to experience Edventures' approach before the full programme of wellbeing experiences launches.

Guide Prices

£25 per person – introductory taster session. Advance booking required.
