About

A two day workshop with international Yoga teacher and podcaster Adam Keen. Adam brings years of experience, together with wisdom and humour to the practice of Ashtanga Yoga .

It is useful to know sun salutations and some of the standing series but practice sheets will be available and can be used.

There will be taught and self led practice (Mysore style) together with workshopping some elements of the sequence as a larger group.

This is a rare and great opportunity to work with a respected and renowned yoga teacher in the lovely Dojo in our beautiful city of Bath. More information through the booking link or message/phone Mark Grover on the phone number provided

Guide Prices

£170 for the two full days of the workshop
