This autumn, The Ivy Collection is turning up the volume with the launch of A Night Of…, a new series of dining and entertainment experiences inspired by some of the most legendary names in music.

Kicking off the series from Friday 25 September, The Ivy will pay tribute to the unmistakable music and spirit of the late Dolly Parton, inviting guests to settle in for an evening inspired by the Queen of Country alongside a specially created three-course menu.

Touring 26 restaurants across the UK and Ireland, A Night Of… Dolly Parton will combine The Ivy's signature dining experience with live entertainment celebrating Dolly's legendary catalogue and larger-than-life style, bringing a little Nashville glamour to restaurants from Belfast and Dublin to Brighton, Edinburgh and Leeds.

From 9 to 5 to three courses, the celebrations continue at the table with a specially created Experience Menu designed for the occasion. For £60 per person, guests can enjoy three courses, a side and a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne, with dishes spanning Ivy favourites alongside plenty of tableside theatre.

The specially created menu features a selection of iconic dishes, including Steak Tartare, Salmon Supreme and The Ivy Chocolate Bombe, among many more.
