In partnership with the British Haiku Society, Forestry England's Westonbirt, The National Arboretum is celebrating the beauty of nature through the art of haiku this autumn.

Earlier this year, Westonbirt organised an online haiku competition, inviting poets from around the world to capture the magic of maples in just a few words. 

The winners' haiku words now provide moments of inspiration in an outdoor haiku exhibition located on The Downs.
