Sunday Morning Beginners Yoga Ease into your Sunday with a calm, welcoming Beginners Yoga session at Molton Brown - Bath.

Perfect for those new to yoga, this gentle class focuses on simple poses, guided breathing, and relaxation to help you build confidence and unwind. Expect a supportive atmosphere, easy-to-follow instruction, and a refreshing reset for the week ahead.

Jenny qualified as a yoga teacher with YMCA Fit in 2018 in order to teach Stand up Paddleboard Yoga. She's been practicing yoga since she was about 16 and is passionate about keeping her spine young and flexible for as long as she can. She wants to pass on her love of yoga to everyone she meets, so looks forward to meeting you at Molton Brown.

No experience needed - just wear comfortable clothing and come ready to relax. Mats will be provided or feel free to bring your own.
