Emberwood invites guests to a series of intimate wine evenings, where limited numbers, the warmth of the hearth, exceptional wines, and seasonal cooking come together in a relaxed yet refined setting.
From the Mediterranean
Hosted in the snug, this special evening brings together the hearth-led cooking of Executive Head Chef David Hazell and an outstanding selection of Mediterranean wines curated by Master Sommelier Claire Thevenot. Celebrating both Emberwood and the warmer months from the vine, the evening offers a thoughtful exploration of Mediterranean wine and cuisine.
Guests can expect dishes cooked over the hearth, including oysters, crab, charcuterie, and flamed Wagyu bavette, served alongside guided tastings, engaging conversation, and a welcoming atmosphere that balances informality with elegance.
