Bucklegrove Holiday Park sits at the foot of the Mendip Hills, with far-reaching views across the Somerset Levels, on clear days, you can even spot Glastonbury Tor on the horizon. It’s a place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding countryside.
There’s a wide choice of accommodation, including static caravans, woodland cabins, and spacious lodges with hot tubs - ideal for a comfortable getaway. For those who prefer to bring their own setup, there are also well-kept touring and camping pitches.
The park offers a great range of facilities for all ages, including a heated indoor swimming pool with a toddler area, a games room, and an outdoor play space. At the heart of the park is The Lodge – Bar, Grill & Restaurant, serving flame-grilled steaks and burgers, alongside homemade favourites and children’s meals.
In the evenings, The Lodge hosts a variety of seasonal entertainment, from bingo and quizzes to live performances and kids’ discos. Guests can check the Bucklegrove Facebook page for the latest updates and events.
A welcoming local pub is also within easy walking distance - perfect for a relaxed drink or an evening out.
There’s plenty to explore nearby, with country walks starting right on the doorstep and the dramatic scenery of Cheddar Gorge just minutes away. Wookey Hole is a 15-minute drive, while the historic city of Wells and the town of Glastonbury are both within 30 minutes. The Somerset coast is also within easy reach, with Brean, Minehead and Weston all accessible in under an hour.
Bucklegrove is a family-run park, managed by husband-and-wife team Garry and Sally, who take pride in welcoming guests back year after year to enjoy this much-loved holiday park and campsite.
