About

Step into the vibrant world of Ghanaian cuisine and discover the flavours, traditions, and stories behind some of West Africa's most loved dishes.

In this immersive cooking experience, you'll learn how to prepare a selection of authentic Ghanaian favourites from scratch while exploring the ingredients, techniques, and cultural influences that make Ghanaian food so special.

Together, you'll create a delicious menu featuring:

• Ghanaian Jollof Rice
• Kelewele (Spiced Sweet Plantain)
• Red Red (Black-Eyed Bean Stew)
• Fresh Ghanaian-inspired Salad
• Sobolo (Traditional Hibiscus Drink)
• Bofrot (Sweet Ghanaian Snack)

Throughout the session, you'll be guided through each step, sharing tips, stories, and insights from my Ghanaian heritage. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced home cook, you'll leave with practical cooking skills, new recipes, and a deeper appreciation for Ghanaian culture.

After cooking, you'll sit down together to enjoy the meal you've created in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

No previous cooking experience is required—just bring your curiosity and appetite.
