The Olive Tree Restaurant has long been associated with informally-served, but exceptional, modern British food.
You will find an unusual edge to what you will have once thought simple flavours – the restaurant's Taste of the Season menus are comprised of beautiful, fresh, seasonal dishes. They can be enjoyed in a welcoming, chic atmosphere of de-formalised fine dining.
An award-winning chef in his own right, Chris Cleghorn is both Executive Chef and driving force in the kitchen; he honed his superior skills working in many top restaurants including the Fat Duck in Bray as well as alongside Michael Caines. Today, his focus remains on his relationship with local suppliers; he is fully committed to seasonality and utilising local produce to not only showcase the best of Bath, but the best of British cuisine.
Full vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free menus are available too, meaning that all are well catered for.
Pre-dinner drinks are prepared by expert mixologists at The Old Q Bar in The Queensberry Hotel upstairs, using traditional recipes and fine artisan spirits.
